I have been regular customer, but this time experience was not good
The property was very spik and span, but if I talk about my room, it looked a little old and all chipped was not clean. The rooms were little old with the floor. Chipping off. The bathroom was really tidy with the taps all rotten.
The food was pathetic. It was really filled with chilies and I got sick while having the food which is spoiled my journey and my vacation.

We thought it's a 5 star hotel but it was not worth 3 star
Room cleaning not good, found rat inside the room, breakfast buffet not very exciting

Good hotel with neat nd clean facilities
The room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent and the serving team was attending to our needs very well.
The party halls in hotel was creating loud noise and it was too disturbing till the party ended. The drum beats were too uncomfortable. No acoustic treatment for room or party hall. property location is far from city center
