What was the highlight of Pride Hotel & Convention Centre Indore
I have been regular customer, but this time experience was not good
The property was very spik and span, but if I talk about my room, it looked a little old and all chipped was not clean. The rooms were little old with the floor. Chipping off. The bathroom was really tidy with the taps all rotten.
The food was pathetic. It was really filled with chilies and I got sick while having the food which is spoiled my journey and my vacation.

Was good but now OK
Location, right off the highway to Mumbai We had stayed here earlier and liked it but this time around it was just ok. Product is good but upkeep can be improved.
Check-in was smooth but staff was Kurt but not polite. Price was on the higher side and that too without any meal... 4.5K for one night stay...

poor service with no ownership
Enough manpower not available I placed room service order but it took 1:30 hrs to complete by order that too was not served correctly. ( I order X item they gave me y item). Serving style was like 2-star hotel .( food item was not covered with plastic lid or aluminum foil while bringing from kitchen to room.
